1- Search our Website - First thing is to find which accommodation best suits your needs e.g. location / facilities if you need any extra help or info just give us a call. 2- Check availability - by either filling in the availability request form or phone : +34 619 968 580, we will be able to confirm this within a couple of minutes. 3- Book your accommodation - To confirm
the book of a apartment, we require you to send your personal data: 4- Book your flights after your accommodation as we take bookings both here and in Spain if you book your flights first the accommodation may well be taken by the time you come back to us. 5- Final payment - normally made six weeks before departure. Upon receipt of final payment we send out an e-mail with the confirmation of full payment together with maps of the coast and Duquesa, with directions from the airport straight down to the port. We also send you relevant phone numbers and directions, procedure to get the keys and other details. 6- Bond - We take a bond of £150 to safeguard against any major damage or breakages to the accommodation. This bond is kept on file and is returned to you upon your return home. This bond is for major breakages and is not intended to cover minor accidental breakages, e.g. cups, glasses etc. (To date we have returned all bonds in full). |
